At Seaon Exports, we are committed to delivering premium men’s leather goods under the Caribou brand, including wallets, belts, and accessories, to the highest standards of quality. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the terms outlined below.
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 4 days of receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including tags, boxes, and accessories.
- A valid proof of purchase or order number must be provided.
- The return request must be submitted within the 4-day return window.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To ensure a smooth return process for damaged or incorrect items, customers must provide a clear and continuous unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the package.
The video must show:
- The sealed package before opening
- The shipping label clearly visible
- The complete unboxing process
- The condition of the product received
⚠️ Without a valid unboxing video, requests for returns related to damaged, missing, or incorrect items may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Products that have been used, worn, or altered
- Items returned without original packaging
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Requests made after 7 days of delivery
- Items purchased during special sales or clearance offers
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product
- The unboxing video
After verification, our team will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected by our team:
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the return is due to:

- A manufacturing defect
